Brodie Masse is an admired teacher, choreographer and performer from Ontario, Canada. She has studied many genres of dance and is a certified dance instructor under the Dance Masters of America syllabus, as of 2003. Brodie is the creator of the unique dance experience BREAK FREE – a workshop for dancers that incorporates a special focus on meditation, energy, and the Mind/Body connection and encourages dancers to find their own individual artistry. In recent years, her most significant recognition both nationally and internationally, is for her creative and expressive artistic choreography.
As a dancer, Brodie has won numerous scholarships, awards, and also was a featured dancer in two Toronto based dance companies; OIP and The Dance Company. She was a featured soloist on the Carnival Cruise Line Ship, “Ecstasy”. She was accepted to the Young American’s Dance Excellence Company in California at the age of 16. As well, she performed at the Canada Games and was also in musical productions such as “The King and I”, “Aladdin”, and “Anne of Green Gables”.
In addition to her training, Brodie is an experienced teacher and choreographer in many styles of dance, and is skilled at helping dancers reach their true potential. Her love of dance and teaching radiates in each lesson..
