Transcendent Studio Award recipients are chosen from qualifying studios by the Intrigue Team. Winners will be chosen based off of how much the studio embraces all aspects of Intrigue. Intrigue strives to build opportunities that spark creativity by giving emerging artists a platform to explore. From convention to competition, and improv to imagination, we focus on the encouragement of individuality and challenge dancers to cultivate their own journeys. This award serves to recognize studios that share this passion.
QUALIFICATIONS
Studios must have student(s) in 2 of the 3 national creative elements (i.e. Solo Improv, Sidekick Improv, Imagination).
Studios must have entries in at least 5 competition categories (i.e. jazz, tap, contemporary, etc.) and at least 2 age divisions (i.e. mini, junior, teen, senior).
Studios must have at least 5 group routines entered in adjudicated competition and at least 15 competition entries in total.
Studios must have at least 20 convention attendees.
AWARD
Transcendent Productions will travel to your studio or filming location of your choice for 1 full day of filming. The content we create will be of your choosing! It can be anything from a concept video to studio promotional footage to faculty/staff/dancer/parent interviews. Filming day will be limited to 12 hours. We will have your video sent to you within 1 month after filming. We can’t wait to create with you!
